I want to take this opportunity to tell you how happy I am to have become acquainted with your company.  My parents are 79 and 81 years old.  My mother not only has a bad knee but will soon restart chemotherapy.  My mother is able to walk with a walker but is unable to lift her bad leg to
climb the four stairs to the back door without much pain, difficulty, and assistance.  With winter coming our family realized that we needed a safer way for both of my parents to enter their home.

My two week quest to find someone willing and capable of building a wheelchair ramp was entirely futile.  A social worker at a local hospital gave me your name and 800 number and I was given the name and number of Mike Cleary the Chicagoloand owner of Home Mobility Solutions.  I called Mike on Friday 9/23 and he was able to come out and look at our job that very day.  Mike was very
knowledgeable, empathetic and professional.  I called Mike on Monday morning and told him that we would like to proceed with a purchase.  He told me that he would be out to install the ramp on Wednesday morning at 9 am.  To my delight, Mike and his crew arrived at 8:30 am and the installation went perfectly.  There were even able to spare the bed of tomato plants that are
now rowing underneath our new 25 foot ramp!

Dear Mike,
