HMS' experienced professional team will assist you in selecting the cost-effective products that meet your home mobility requirements. The HMS team also provides a variety of installation services customized to the needs of your product or project.
On Site Visit
In most cases, an on site visit and measure is needed. An experienced professional from HMS will set up an appointment to meet with you and determine the best way to customize your home to meet your particular needs, such as widening doorways to the rooms of the home as necessary.
After our visit, we will contact you with a complete quote for your project. Then, HMS will work with you to determine a convenient schedule for your project. Please keep in mind that more complex installations may take more than one day to complete.
During The Project
During your project, we will work with you to minimize any disruptions the installation may cause. While the installation is taking place, we ask that you or another responsible adult be present. For everyone's safety, it's important to keep children and pets out of the work area at all times.
For certain installations, existing materials must be removed before new materials can be installed. We will ask you about restrictions to disposal of these materials and work with you to make it as easy as possible.
After Your Installation
When your project is complete, your installer will clean up the surrounding area. Either the installer or an HMS representative will ensure that your product is not just correctly installed, but working properly -- and that you have tested the product and information on its operation.
Service After Your Installation
Concerned about needing service after the project is complete? Don't be! HMS doesn't just walk away after the job is finished. We can provide a full range of preventative maintenance programs
and home maintenance contracts for your peace of mind.
